2.6 Sadomina does not arrange appointments, negotiate service terms, determine service prices, process payments for advertised services, or participate in communications, meetings, or agreements between users and advertisers.
2.7 Any arrangements, agreements, payments, or interactions between users and advertisers take place independently and directly between the parties.
3. Advertiser Profiles and Listings
3.1 Information, photographs, descriptions, contact details, and other materials appearing in advertiser profiles are provided by or on behalf of independent advertisers.
3.2 Advertisers are responsible for ensuring that their published information is accurate, lawful, up to date, and does not infringe the rights of third parties.
3.3 Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the publication of an advertiser profile does not constitute verification, certification, approval, recommendation, or endorsement by Sadomina of the advertiser’s identity, qualifications, experience, or services.
3.4 Sadomina does not guarantee the accuracy, authenticity, legality, quality, availability, or completeness of information provided by advertisers.
3.5 Users are encouraged to independently verify relevant information before contacting an advertiser or entering into any arrangement.
3.6 Sadomina reserves the right to review, edit, restrict, suspend, reject, or remove profiles and listings in accordance with its policies and applicable law.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 Users access and browse Sadomina at their own discretion and are responsible for their decisions and conduct.
4.2 Users are responsible for independently reviewing advertiser information, verifying relevant details, and determining whether any proposed arrangement is appropriate and lawful.
4.3 Users and advertisers must comply with applicable laws and regulations in their respective jurisdictions.
